The applicant should be a graduate of an Intermediate school duly recognized by the government. The student should fill up the application form and submit it together with the following credentials:
Birth Certificate (photocopy)
Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school duly signed by the principal or guidance counselor
Recommendation Letter / Appraisal Form
Form 138 (Report Card with the latest markings signed by the principal)
Three (3) pieces of colored ID pictures
Alien Certificate of Registration (if the student is a foreigner)
The student applicant should obtain a satisfactory grade in both written and reading tests as well as the interviews administered by the school.
The grades in the academic subjects in deportment must not be lower than 80%.
Parents or guardians will be interviewed by either the principal or guidance counselor.
The school reserves the right to require student transferees to attend the summer enrichment class prior to admission.
